Excitement is building within the home furnishings industry as the third building of World Market Center gets ready to take its place in Las Vegas’ growing downtown skyline next summer.

But before the industry hails the arrival of another major milestone in Las Vegas, World Market Center expects another rousing market in January where more than 50,000 attendees are scheduled to take part in another blockbuster showing of 1,200 plus exhibiting companies. The Winter Las Vegas Market takes place January 28–February 1, 2008.

When it comes to creating a more efficient and exciting home for the bedding category, January’s Las Vegas Market will be the "must attend" show for bedding exhibitors and buyers. With the strongest bedding lineup in the industry, Las Vegas Market will once again prove to be another success in terms of an efficiently orchestrated and well-planned event that will deliver more top buyers and bigger order-writing.

"Home furnishings industry professionals who intend to take part in an incredible line up of educational opportunities, exciting specially-themed events, and hundreds of new product introductions from more than 1,200 exhibiting companies will want to plan well in advance to attend the next Las Vegas Market."

With the continued support from the bedding industry, Las Vegas Market has quickly become the permanent home for the top bedding manufacturers in the country as they unveil new products.

Permanent bedding tenants make up nearly 165,000 square feet of showroom space in Buildings A and B and include such names as: Sealy, Serta, Spring Air, Englander, Restonic, Comfort Solutions/King Koil, Kaymed/Woolfson , Simmons, Natura World, Lady Americana, Dormia and Comfortaire.

In addition, the Pavilions will once again host two major bedding groups, Futon Association International and Specialty Sleep Association. The Futon Association International will have approximately 18 companies showing at the January Market in their 12,000 square foot space inside Pavilion 3. The Specialty Sleep Association is also located in Pavilion 3 with 26 bedding companies filling their 18,000 square foot area.

The Winter Las Vegas Market will feature nearly 3 million square feet of permanent showrooms in both buildings, showcasing some of the biggest and best brands in home furnishings. In addition, hundreds of companies will be located within the expansive Pavilions, located on the World Market Center campus, as well temporary exhibits at MGM Grand with five distinctive show sections covering nearly 350,000 square feet.
