Comfort Solutions Targets Consumers

With Laura Ashley Collection

Comfort Solutions will soon bolster its reputation for delivering relevant brands to the market. Building on its success with prominent and pre-eminent lifestyle brand leader Laura Ashley, Comfort Solutions will unveil the new Laura Ashley Home Mattress Collection during the Winter 2008 Las Vegas Market at the World Market Center, Building One, Fifth floor (Showroom A546). The six-day event opens January 28 and marks the beginning of an aggressive marketing program that has company officials very optimistic.

Instead, it offers a fresh and distinctive look typical of both the Laura Ashley classic and contemporary image. The power of the brand and the marketing support behind it will help drive traffic through retailers’ doors.”

Celebrating its 55th anniversary in 2008, Laura Ashley first attracted attention in 1953 when the company was printing Victorian style headscarves. Legendary actress Audrey Hepburn wore a headscarf when she starred alongside Cary Grant in the film, Roman Holiday, and the style trend caught on with fashionable young women. Laura Ashley is one of the strongest lifestyle brands in existence today, and a recent poll ranked it second only to Martha Stewart.

“This new collection is truly unique and will take Comfort Solutions to the next level in 2008,” Roberts said. “The Laura Ashley brand has a 92 percent awareness rating among women. These consumers are very conscious about their home, family and where they shop, and don’t mind spending extra to get what they want. The Laura Ashley collection speaks to this group with a sharp accent on quality, style, and comfort.”

Prices will range from $699 to $1999. Comfort Solutions will support the new collection launch with an array of marketing materials for retailers to help create an exciting and dramatic in-store presentation for the brand. A host of point of purchase materials have been developed which convey the brand’s beauty and elegance. In addition, a new television spot and some highly anticipated, traffic-building retail promotions have been designed.
