For the first time, Gold Bond Mattress will bring a high-end, luxurious encased coil system to mattresses priced in the under-$1,000 market. Gold Bond’s new Diamond Collection featuring Body Print^™ pocketed coils by Leggett & Platt will be one of several new products the company will present at the Las Vegas Furniture Market in January.

Within the Diamond Collection is Leggett & Platt’s premium Body Print^™ encased coil system, one of the most advanced encased coil systems available. Body Print^™ features an eight and a half inch, five-zone innerspring unit, with support added to the center. The unit has 858 ultrasonically welded encased coils constructed edge-to-edge in the mattress, a unique feature in the encased coil segment. Designed to be naturally quieter, fabric-encased Body Print™ coils flex independently of one another to reduce motion transfer and help eliminate partner sleeping disturbance. The line has a suggested retail price of $999 for plush or firm, and $1,299 to $1,499 for a European box pillow top with visco-memory foam or natural latex.

At this winter’s Las Vegas Furniture Market, Gold Bond Mattress will present its fully redesigned Premier Series, one of the company’s most popular mattress collections. Premier Series’ two-sided mattresses feature one of the highest coil counts available at 850 coils with its true coil box spring system, and now it comes with an upgraded fabric package featuring an exclusive Belgian stretch knit. The all new, deep brown and mocha colored ticking is available on all models in the line.

In designing the series’ new look, Gold Bond created a more visually dramatic, sensual color scheme aimed at helping the product stand out on showroom floor and helping the retailer sell a more luxurious mattress. A latte colored linen border, on both mattress and box spring, picks up the mocha with black ticking on the top and bottom of the mattress. The top panel of the mattress features a new stretch knit fabric with extra cushioning added to the quilting.
