The Board of Directors of Latex International announced the departure of Michael K. Lorelli, President and CEO.

Lorelli stated that, "With strong sales growth, improved quality and customer service levels and updated R&D capabilities, the future of Latex International is bright. Having accomplished what I intended to do, I am looking forward to my next challenge. I have every confidence that this management team will guide the company to even greater heights."

John Pouschine, Chairman of the Board of Latex International and co-founder of Pouschine Cook Capital Partners, LP, the company’s majority stockholder, will work closely with the company’s management team through the transition. Mr. Pouschine confirmed that, "While we are disappointed by Mike’s departure, we respect his desire to seek his next challenge. The company will continue to work to enhance its reputation as a leading innovator and supplier of premier sleep products. As always, servicing the needs of our customers remains our primary objective."
