"We decided to create our own solution," says Arthur Nazginov. "Our knowledge of the furniture textile industry and our past experience having owned a futon cover company came into play." Nazginov went on, "We created new ideas and new slipcover designs. We designed and obtained a half a dozen structural patents."

The ultimate in ready-made slipcovers was born. "We replaced ugly bows and ties with hardly-visible ‘Clip-On fasteners’ that offer a perfect fit and a neat front appearance," says Nazginov, "even if the customer’s sofa is an irregular or in-between size."
