Spring Air Introduces New Infinity Collection
Foam
Mattress Collection to Debut at World Market Center Las
Vegas Show in July
Once
again, proving how it stays ahead of the curve when it
comes to industry trends, Spring Air will unveil its new
Infinity® Mattress Collection during the World Market
Center exhibition at the Las Vegas Convention Center,
July 25–28. The new collection combines luxurious latex
and visco memory foams and will be part of Spring Air’s
(booth #S75125) 2006 product line.
Spring Air determined that foam mattresses lacked
ingenuity and the level of design engineering expected
for foam mattresses. That’s why the Infinity collection
uses Spring Air’s exclusive Comfort Progressions™
system. It also gives the consumer more choices.
“Foam mattresses represent the fastest growing segment
in the mattress industry and we expect the Infinity
collection to be a very appealing choice,” remarked Jim
Nation, Spring Air President and CEO. “The first foam
mattresses developed were similar with no options
because the industry had a one-size-fits-all mentality.
Each had a foam core and visco topper. Now, with a
broadened consumer market, Spring Air has helped the
foam mattress evolve with quilted and non-quilted
versions, and plush Euro and Box-top options. We believe
the Infinity collection will take the category to new
levels.”
Spring Air
uses latex or visco foam with the Infinity collection to
offer the ultimate in conformance. The multi-foam zoned
core, with its spring-like resiliency, recognizes
different body shapes to help relieve body pressure
points. When you add Spring Air’s Foam Encased Wireless
Edge, which expands the usable sleeping surface by 20
percent, with a motion isolation factor that prevents
the movement of sleeping partners from disturbing each
other when getting into and out of bed, the Infinity
collection sets itself apart from the competition.
“Comfort Progressions is a logical fit for the Infinity
collection,” Nation said. “There are many body pressure
points between a person’s shoulders and knees that need
relief for a good night’s sleep. The Comfort
Progressions design approach addresses this need with
zoning from head-to-toe and layers of foam in precise
combinations to maximize top-down comfort and bottom-up
support. We believe we have created the most advanced
sleep system available.”

Visitors to the Spring Air booth in Las Vegas will
receive a free visco memory foam neck pillow and can
register to win an Infinity Mattress set. The show runs
daily between 8am–6 pm July 25-27, and from 8am–4 pm on
July 28. Orders for the Infinity collection will be
taken at the show, with first shipments expected during
the fourth quarter of 2006.
Celebrating its 80th anniversary in 2006, Spring Air is
a respected leader in the bedding industry and has 29
plants in the U.S. and overseas.
