At the Las Vegas market, Latex
International launched the Melody™ pillow which
features two technologies in one great pillow. One side has
resilient Talalay latex which, according to Latex International,
provides three times more breathability than other foam products on
the market, while providing superior pressure relief. On the other
side is temperature sensitive memory foam which provides plush
cradling support. Another launch, the Harmony, offers white goose
down around Talalay latex. The Harmony is ideal for side and back
sleepers who are seeking additional support. One of the biggest
complaints consumers have with down pillows is that they break down
over a year. The RejuveNite™ Harmony and Bliss pillows
feel like fluffy, luxurious down pillows, but they never need
fluffing and never break down due to the addition of Talalay latex.
The Bliss pillow is a low profile pillow for stomach sleepers that
features a latex support core to cradle the head and neck.
