Arason Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to announce a new option for the ZzZ-Chest cabinet bed, a matching hutch accessory that sits on the top of the chest, providing additional storage space and a more vertical look. It makes sense to use the space above the cabinet for storage or display. We think the look is great, and increased functionality is always a plus.”

The hutch is available in three styles and five finishes that match the current ZzZ-Chest styles. Each hutch uses elements from its corresponding ZzZ-Chest to make the hutch an integrated piece. The hutch is designed to fit into the average room with 8 ft. ceilings when on top of the 48 inch high ZzZ-Chest. The hutch dimensions are: W 56 x H 36 x D 12 inches. The hutch features a stationary top shelf and a lower adjustable one.

Both the hutch and ZzZ-Chest are available: in the Milan style in espresso and natural birch finish; in the Savannah style in a fruitwood finish; and in the Ravenswood style in a rubbed black and a distressed white finish. Suggested retail price for the hutch accessory is $459.

The ZzZ-Chest, introduced by Arason Enterprises in 2006, is perfect for people living in smaller homes who need extra sleeping accommodations. The freestanding cabinet requires no installation and converts into a platform bed in seconds. This space-saving bed has storage drawers and a raised sleeping platform—about 18 inches high with the mattress—making it a practical sleeping option for most people. It houses an eight-inch mattress that is attractive to consumers seeking comfort and to retailers who want to sell a higher quality mattress with the chest. It is available in three exciting styles: the new Milan in espresso and natural maple; the Savannah in a wicker and fruitwood finish; and the Ravenswood in rubbed black or distressed white. All styles are available in full size.

The ZzZ-Chest cabinet bed retails from $1,499 to $1,599 depending on the style. This price includes an eight-inch bi-fold mattress. Dimensions are L 59.5” x W 22” x H 48”.

The ZzZ-Chest and hutch, both imports, will be on display in Plaza Suites, first floor, space 555 in the Bedding Center during the October High Point Furniture Market.
